EKG Caliper Required (Caliper available from Life Ed for $13.00)
Participants may cancel 72 hours prior to commencement and expect an 80%
refund within 3 weeks. After 72 hours no refund will be given, but rescheduling may be a
consideration. (Rescheduling fee $55.00)
Classes must be completed within 30 days of the original scheduled class.
Once the course begins, or you have re-scheduled, no refunds will be given.
This program is offered by LIFE ED. Provider approved by the California Board of
Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP11164, for 14 contact hours for full certification.
Certificate will be issued upon completion of course.
No fees are received by the American Heart Association.
