BASIC EKG REVIEW/ACLS PREP.
$80.00 Registration fee includes materials.
Participants may cancel 72 hours prior to commencement and expect an 80%
refund within 3 weeks. After 72 hours no refund will be given, but rescheduling may be a
consideration. (Rescheduling fee $55.00)
Classes must be completed within 30 days of the original scheduled class.
Once the course begins, or you have re-scheduled, no refunds will be given.
This program is offered by LIFE ED. Provider approved by the California Board of
Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP11164, for 6 contact hours.
Certificate will be issued upon completion of course.
No fees are received by the American Heart Association.
